Cabbage Salad

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head purple cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 1 bunch of carrots, diced

  • 2-3 sliced radishes

  • 4 stalks celery, chopped

  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil


Variations:

Toss in feta cheese, salmon, chicken or artichokes. You can add different ingredients on varying days starting with the base above as a starter.
