I’m korenna!

I was there once too! The patterns of early childhood and adult trauma seemed to keep following and plaguing me even though I had done counseling and coaching and life was getting better. I was still stuck playing out painful patterns that kept me in lack, stuck in business, and in relationships that weren’t for my highest good.

All these emotional imbalances led to more health issues that I was always working through too. I associated myself with the snake, always shedding and having to go through some tremendous amount of growth, but not getting the total transformation I longed for. There always seemed to be something else I would have to overcome.

Although I learned some tools, I found myself still having monthly meltdowns around business, not having the income or clients I desired, and feeling I didn’t want to go on. It’s a very sad and scary place to be, and especially when you know so much, walk your talk, and really apply everything.

But I shifted out of this through my Ancestral Energy Clearing, the foundations of Holistic Nutrition and Chinese Medicine, using Breathwork Yoga, the tools of Astrology and learning about myself to know my values, get my needs met, and stay in love and out of fear.

What I have found is we are part of a matrix that has conditioned us to be a specific way. We get so many stories from our parents and generations before us, and habits that create unhealthy lifestyles. We learn not to talk about things, to people please, and that working hard is the only way, etc.

All of these things put pressure on us and keep us from our inner flow and the flow of life. Life is desperately calling us to be free from these beliefs and limitations so we can flow in harmony, live our mission, and be of service in our unique way on this great planet we all share.

It’s hard to be creative when we’re trying to fit into someone else’s idea of who we’re meant to be. It’s hard to bring in the abundance when we’re still experiencing trauma patterns that bring up our lack. And it’s hard to attract in the clients we want when we aren’t being authentic to ourselves, and are constantly making sacrifices to others in our lives. This derails us from being the powerful creators we are and where our focus is needed.
